- 1stsession – Hypnosis/Self hypnosis & goal setting - 1 ½ hrs per session
- 2nd session – Hypnosis & Holographic Release - 1 ½ hrs per session
- 3rd session – Hypnosis & review goal setting & continue with emotional release - 1 ½ hrs per session
