I ask that we stop judging & blaming ourselves when we get ill, or when others get sick.  Instead let’s practice compassion & kindness in ourselves and other.  

Let go of the notion that illness implies spiritual failure when really it can be a stepping-stone to higher consciousness.  It is part of our spiritual journey.  In this sense it can be a powerful teacher or spiritual gift

Illness can be a natural purgative for denser energies that no longer are compatible with our level of development.  When purging, go with the flow.

When you are sick, take the necessary time to rest & hibernate.  Sometimes hibernation will feel like a void, but our emptiness great growth can occur.

Its time to shift our perspective around illness, seeing that it can be an integral part of our spiritual growth.  In doing this, bouncing back to health might just get a little easier.
